RECIPE: (in grams but you can use google if you use other measurements)
- 250gr flour
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 125 gr butter
- 1 egg
HOW TO:
put the measured ingredients together in a bowl, the order doesn't matter in this recipe. You can use a mixer, but when it's a bit mixed I recommend using your hands to knead the dough into one ball. Roll the dough (use some more flour to make sure it doesn't stick on anything) and start cutting the biscuit shapes. Then place them onto a oven plate and put them in the fridge (yes, the fridge!) for about 20 minutes. When they're in the fridge, you can start heating up the oven at 160°C. Also, I thought I should inform you that I had over 50 cookies with this recipe, so you might need 2 oven plates since you can't place them too close to each other. So after 20 minutes, you take them out of the fridge. By now, the cookies should be hard. Then put them in the oven and leave them in there for about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the amound and thickness of the cookies. 22 minutes was ideal for me, but that's different for everyone. Then, obviously, you take them out of the oven and let them cool down. Once they aren't warm anymore, you can start decorating them with whatever you want. Have fun!

That was about it, I hope you try it out yourself!
