Daisy by Marc Jacobs- Review

I love perfume and I try to read as much about it as I can. I love to test out new fragrances and I'm always up for new samples. Perfume is such a special thing that is able to remind you to specific moments. I'm not too picky though. When I like something, I will wear it, but I get tired of scents quite soon. That's why I'm a bit scared to by new perfumes. For example, I still have about 90ml of my 100ml bottle of Coco Mademoiselle. I find it such a waste and that's why I will always try to buy smaller bottles (I actually got the Chanel one for Christmas). That's the reason why I was a bit too scared to buy the Daisy one by Marc Jacobs. But as you can see by the title, I got it anyway!

Onto the packaging? It's such an amazing masterpiece. All the bottles by Marc Jacobs are little works of art that make perfect dressing table decoration. it has these gorgeous white flowers on the bottle and the shape is simple, but very nice. I generally love any Marc Jacobs packaging (be it make up or perfume), but the Daisy one is probably my favourite.

As for the scent, I love it. Which makes sense because I bought it. It's something that you can wear on every occasion, but makes a perfect daily perfume. It's not too heavy and it gives you a bit more innocence in my opinion. I am the worse at describing scents, because I always want to compare them to colours. So to me this is a sheer white if that makes any sense. Light and pure, but it still has a bit more than just regular white. It reminds me a bit of a blend between vanilla and poppies, which are two of my favourite things. It's a scent that immediately makes me happy and careless, probably because I bought it on a holiday in the sun.

For the rest, I would recommend you give it a go, if you haven't already. I was a bit scared 1 year ago (when I tried it out for the first time) because I thought it would actually smell like a daisy, which is not the case. Also Marc Jacobs recently came out with a new variation on Daisy called Daisy dream. Or give Daisy Eau So Fresh a go.

Lots Of Love
